If you have a girl in your life ages 8-13, this is the camp for her! Reina is a Child and Youth Care Worker who helps the girls with self-esteem, anxiety and all the challenges of growing up these days using fun and accessible activities like guided meditation, yoga, creating vision boards and hanging out on the beach having discussions and creating a nurturing community.
