Introducing Fiona Abram counselling to Sea Glass Yoga Studio!
Starting in a couple of weeks on November 7th Fiona Abram will be offering counselling on Fridays from Sea Glass yoga studio! Fiona will also be offering Walk and Talk Therapy on trails in Cedar and Yellow Point, and Virtual Counselling across BC. Fiona supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting and much more. Using a holistic approach drawing from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy Fiona facilitates meaningful growth and healing.
