Wow. I just finished doing the Awakening 9D Breathwork Journey and it was profound, to say the least! What a gift!! ✨️

9D is the only healing modality that I have found that gives me a visceral feeling of releasing stress, negative emotion, and trauma from my nervous system. It makes every cell in my body tingle with relief and peace. ☮️

I have decided to follow a niggling to evolve my page and this group from where it currently stands. 😀

While I love 9D Breathwork, I've felt the call to revert back to the original subject of this page, which is ascension. 🙌

I will be sharing information and tools related to topics such as frequency/vibration, health/healing, light, enlightenment, ascension, and alchemy. 🌈

We are currently experiencing a rapidly ascending consciousness on the planet & I feel that I can better serve by sharing information & tools to help people transition through this evolutionary process. This has been my true calling & purpose all along.

For those that came here for 9D Breathwork information, I will continue to share this as well. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have questions or would like to become a Practitioner. :)
