We've moved! VI Reflexology is now located in Ladysmith, BC
What does this mean for returning clients?
It means that you'll have to make a little trip out to this beautiful town (only 20mins from Nanaimo) and maybe stop into the delicious bakery, grab a coffee, and have a stroll on the beach after.
I realize it's an inconvenience for some, but it's pretty fun if you can make an afternoon of it 🙂

This Hatha Yoga class is open to all levels, with a focus on beginners. If you are curious about how yoga can help you cultivate whole body balance and Wellbeing, this the the class for you.

It is a 6 week class taking place on Tuesday evenings at 7pm.

🤍As a wellness practitioners, speaking out against injustice is a crucial part of holding to the values of what wellness really means.
No one is free until we are all free.
So long as we continue to compartmentalize well being and self care as belonging to the Western experience, we limit the potential for true collective and personal healing and liberation.

This week (Jan 21st-28th) we are being asked to Strike for Gaza and for an end to the atrocities being committed. While not all of us are able to miss school and work, other ways to participate are:

-only posting about Gaza and Palestine on Social Media
-not using your bank (no withdrawals or deposits if you are not with a Credit Union)
-support your Palestinian and Arab peers
-boycott Starbucks, McDonalds, Disney, Walmart and other Isreli affiliated buisness

And, if nothing else, please take moment to pray this week for a Peaceful end to the conflict in Gaza.
