"Giving" doesn't always have to involve material things. It can also mean giving your time, your skills, your support, or even just a listening ear. These forms of giving can be just as valuable, if not more so, than material gifts.
In essence, "Give, even if you have a little" encourages us to embrace a generous spirit and recognize the power of small acts of kindness. It's a call to action for a more compassionate and connected world.

Blue Turtle Spa is a space for wellness centrally located in Lake Country near a turtle sanctuary. Turtle medicine a symbol of persistence, endurance and longevity.

I have been following a path of intuitive healing and wellness since 1999 having Graduated from Mount Royal College of Massage. Working as an R.M.T. in Calgary, Alberta. I worked several years massaging for my own mobile business called Metamorphosis Massage. Residing in the lovely artistic community of Ramsay.

I received diplomas in Reflexology at the Wild rose college of natural healing. Aromatherapy taught by Blaine Andrusek master herbalist. Reiki certification received by Ki-Stone Wellness Inc.

Relocated to Kamloops, B.C. in 2013 where I volunteered my healing skills for the Hospice which was a rewarding experience. Employed as a body worker at an exclusive spa in downtown Kamloops. I enjoyed providing massage and energy work treatments and acquired many new spa skills such as facials and body wraps and most importantly how to dip strawberries in chocolate.
