Dr. Claire Beldi is back from an unforgettable week in Denmark! 🇩🇰

She had the incredible opportunity to dive deep into the world of hearing care innovation — visiting Oticon’s Global Headquarters and the Eriksholm Research Centre, where groundbreaking studies focus on how the brain processes sound with and without hearing aids.

One highlight? Stepping inside an anechoic chamber — a completely silent room used for advanced hearing research!

Dr. Beldi also toured the production facility where Oticon hearing aids are made, explored a historic hearing aid museum, and met with the brilliant engineers and scientists behind Oticon’s cutting-edge technology.

Beyond the educational opportunities, she connected with fellow Canadian audiologists and soaked in the culture — biking through Copenhagen, enjoying a backstage tour of the Opera House, cruising the canals, and exploring Tivoli Gardens and Kronborg Castle. 🎢🚴‍♀️🎶

Dr. Beldi returns inspired, energized, and excited to bring the latest in hearing science back to our clinic. 👂💡

For those of you who haven’t been around the Lakeshore office in a while, our Audiologist Shandryn is expecting her second little girl! She’s heading on maternity leave in September and so we wanted to celebrate this next chapter with a little Baby Sprinkle Send-off. The night was filled with fun games, bib decorating, mocktail making and dips in the pool! What a blast! Shandryn, we are so excited for you and your growing family 💕🐣🌸🤰🏼💓👶🏼🎀🍼🌷

We’re excited to share that Jim was the lucky winner of our Hearing & Balance Expo draw! He’s now wearing a pair of Pure Charge&Go 7 BCT IX premium hearing aids—and already noticing a real difference.

A longtime hearing aid user, Jim transferred to our clinic looking for more personalized and elevated care. With his new hearing aids, his hearing has improved, he’s feeling more confident, and his tinnitus is noticeably less bothersome.
