The return trip from Gomde Austria has been made, and it feels as though a new version of myself is the one returning. A fresh start as we tip toe towards spring and the light returns to bring again the cycle of activity, growth and an outer bloom.

Well I had planned to draw for the giveaway winner on the full moon, but that full moon took me for an emotional whirlwind… Alas, I have at last drawn the name for the winner and Hayley’s name literally jumped out of the bowl. She is definitely deserving of a gift from the universe as she shows up so fully to serving our lake cowichan yoga community, tending the sanctuary space of Align Yoga Lake Cowichan ♥️

A beautiful evening of sound and song, restorative postures for the body and gentle safe container to breathe and be.

Last night’s Restorative Serenade held big medicine for me, and I trust it was so for the beautiful gathering of souls that joined in. I can feel my ancestors sing through me, and the healing for my people that I embody as I share this ancient gift of song.

I wonder what will become of all this Love …?
