I love the Holistic approach to our well being.
Yes, our bodies consist of physiological processes that pump and move fluids around like hydraulics, and vast networks of electric lines managed by a super computer (our brains). And at the same time our bodies are powered by energetic processes that regulate the physiology to be expressed in its best potential.
When a dysfunction of flow appears in either of these dimensions of us problems happen - low energy levels, poor physical mobility, stress and anxiety, emotional distress, diseases and so much more.
My work is focused on establishing a Coherent Flow in a human body. Flowing life can heal itself, self-regulate to the best capacity, process emotions better, get rid of toxins and support thriving internal ecosystem.
A body that has healthy circulation of blood, lymph, energy is thriving no matter what happens outside of it.

Tension prevents healthy Flow, too much tension creates Pain, and pain disturbs our enjoyment of life. Sometimes tension is deeply rooted in energy imbalances and no amount of massage will relive it properly.

The Holistic Health approach finds the root of tension and helps with its resolution. Chronic tension and Pain dissolve after couple months and Life shines with brighter colors as more energy is freed up!
