Costa Rica Adventures 🌺

Onward from .uvita Regen Lab by The Gift Academy, and Ian and I collaborating to hold a two day Forum Immersion, we have now ventured on to visit the incredible .global the last few days which was quite special....leading us to "La Diosa", The Goddess Pool, and then into a profound Lightning storm on the mountain to witness.

Beautiful integration after such a well held journey of community building, creativity, coherence attuning & research...
Many weavings with other communities

I feel so deeply inspired that the waves of a new way to live culturally outside the "Matrix mainstream narrative" is very possible, and is very much already happening.

My faith is deepened and soils are rich to keep a torch as a Seed for a New Earth, a more beautiful way that our hearts know is possible.

Stoked to have ran in the Victoria Marathon again this year. Last year I ran a half marathon. This year I aimed at it again but my body had a gentler journey. I ran an 8k this time and ran as hard as I could and made an awesome time and pushed myself for a shorter distance.
I love training for something in sight - helps my motivation with an end goal to anchor to.
This year I'm going to keep running long distance to be even more easeful into the training season for the half again!

Grateful for my sister for being an amazing inspiration that she is 🙏💖

✨ I’m thrilled to step out as a graduated Professional Counselor! I am ready to walk alongside clients on their journey of healing, self-discovery, and embodiment. I work through a lens of somatic counselling with a focus of nervous system regulation tools, CBT, NVC and emotional freedom. We explore the Wheel of Wellness (Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical) to clarify goals, patterns and where to focus on together. I love to offer a safe, grounded, and compassionate space to explore a client's inner landscape.

I feel so passionate about supporting the reconnection with our body’s wisdom, to release patterns that no longer serve and to cultivate a deeper sense of presence and aliveness in our lives. Every session is an invitation to listen within, to feel, and transform— to anchor into our own innate guidance system. Every session is client led pacing, with care and curiosity.

⚡ I am now accepting clients! Both online as well as in person at Purely Wellness Clinic in Duncan, BC.

I am also excited to share more on this channel to speak on sparking vitality, inner resourcing, empowerment and resilience.

Ritual & Community building //

Many years ago, before I had my son, we created a beautiful community gathering to honor our son's threshold into this world. The ability to bring people together and build community through significant thresholds has been an important part of my orientation these many years. How can we reweave the fabrics of what village was? This question continues to resonate in my heart and orient my choices.

On this day, with many voices speaking into our lives of how they would show up for us and our son, they together declared their prayers into a "sea of murmurs" as I sat upon this mandala altar as a portal between worlds to receive these blessings to our boy and family.

This was such a gift to be a vessel for life coming through as well as to be a receptive vessel between worlds.

⚡ This began a deepened quality of my ability to listen to the subtle. To listen to the tether between (betwixt). To recognize ongoingly the intersection between this world and the unseen dimensions that connect all of life.

🌹 I recognized myself in the center, but the center within me not human - beyond. The center moving through me was Spirit. Creation herself.

I am so deeply grateful for this initiative moment on the threshold of motherhood, for all it brought into parenting alongside dear Ian, and supported by the wisdom of Stephen Jenkinsen and his wife Nathalie.

May the declarations of showing up for one another continue to ripple out, and that families and children feel the love and connection within their communities.

Hey dear community,

Summer has been full and so nourishing! I hope yours has been deeply fulfilling as well 🙏

Feeling the call for a reintroduction of myself in this ever evolving time.

I'm Asha, living on the beautiful Quw'utsun territory, also known as Cowichan Valley. I'm steeping myself within a community land project here within the forest and neighbouring a glorious river.

I have just spent the last year immersed in study as a Registered Professional Counselor, and excited to be supporting clients this fall one on one.

For the last 10 years I have been ongoingly embodying the path of Breathwave Conscious breath work, as a guide to activate the microcosmic orbit within our magnetic field and support deeper emotional healing to clear our soma and return to a deepened space of homecoming and belonging within our bodies. This practice of healing the vagus nerve channel and finding safety within the body has been an anchor for my healing and I love sharing one on one and with groups.
I'm also held and walking the path of a Rose Priestess, the lineage of soul remembrance through our body, through the love of God Goddess within us. I offer Alchemical Dance Journeys and guidance of the return to the sacred union of polarities within our center, to bring us into unity consciousness through our central axis. I am humbled by this path of service and love it so so much. Grail guardianship.
