Contemplation is of the body, emotions and spirit. In Gene Keys we often hear that the movement as a way of integration is left out, as though we are taking a purely mental approach. I suggest a deeper dive into the Art of Contemplation and Purpose sphere where movement is explored.

"There is a long tradition that connects all forms of moverent with contemplation. Movement done from a contemplative state becomes ritualistic, turning the movement into a kind of sacred theatre. Anything you do - whether hobby or vocation - can be transformed into a contemplative dance. As we enter the contemplative state, our breath deepens and our mind begins to empty out. We learn to find subtler and subtler pauses - the pauses between breaths and the natural spaces and rests that arise within
any activity. Above all, we can begin to see the activity itself as a pause and our minds can rest while our bodies remain in motion.

To perform your daily activities in the spirit of contemplation is more than simply being mindful. It is elevating that task to the status of an art. The secret of contemplation in movement lies in the intelligence of your hands. Instead of your mind, allow your hands to lead you through your day. Bring your full awareness into your hands, and watch the hands as you might watch two butterflies dancing. The more attention you give to your hands, the more graceful your movements will become. Imagine that you have no body but for two hands moving through your day."

I dont know what part the 59th Gene Key will be playing during this weekend's Bridging the Worlds but Herons and Gorillas have been showing up more than I would have expected (well, gorillas at least). And as I write this, Flicker (a woodpecker), guardian of the Dream Arc Bridge, is making tunes outside my window. And with a bat having taken up a perch in our event location the creatures are already making themselves known. Its playful but it is deep play.

Bridging the Worlds is taking us through the pathways of involution and evolution, across the rainbow bridge, and deep into our ancestral memories. We have people from BC and Alberta, forming a bridge between these two provinces. So the bat tells us that we may not see where we are going but we can trust in our intuition. I look forward to what will emerge from Gene Keys and the sacred medicine Holly brings.

Jupiter has moved into the 39th Gene Key, making this from Richard quite timely. When we look to the stars we see constellations that have been named after creatures. For those of us working with the Dream Arc, they can offer fresh insights. Right now Gene Key 41 and the Codon Ring of Origin draws Richard to a contemplation of the Goat.

It's a time to remember

And now I am feeling the anticipation for a gathering in Avalon, Cowichan Bay, this weekend. The apple trees are calling and the creatures are gathering, the myths & mists are coming alive. We have an awesome group of people joining us, with room for a couple more if you are feeling inspired. Holly and I were joining and attuning to what is presenting, which includes the astrological antics of the planets, and we are being taken deep.

With Gene Keys in-person events people often ask if Richard will be in attendance. So I now need to make it explicitly clear when they are non-prophet events! And I hope that his absence is not the reason people skip them.

Seriously, it is great when Richard comes to events, but we don't know when he will next set foot on Canadian shores (except maybe for a clandestine holiday). I love him to bits and yet when I go to gatherings of our community the highlights are the great relationships and connections that are made.

I was so happy that Claire and Pete Norman put together a great day in Vancouver, because even though I work closely with Elijah, Jesse, Tanmayo and the team, I don't always know when I will next see them in person. And in Vancouver I made new friends and connected with other guides and ambassadors as well. Some that I have been working with online for years and never met. And I got to enjoy Claire, Pete and Theda Phoenix's transmissions, meditations and offerings, which were a treat. There are guides and creators throughout our community who have beautiful offerings to weave into the tapestry.

And I will leap at the opportunity to go to other gatherings if I can make them, so keep me posted :)

And for those interested, Rosy Aronson will be here on Vancouver Island in September, where we have gatherings around her Wisdom Keeper card deck, as well as others with the Dream Arc. I will keep you posted :)

Yesterday it was great to present the Dream Arc to a small group of open minded and playful people at The Blue Caterpillar Emporium. Only one had heard of the Dream Arc, and that's because she is married to me.

We were focused on the animals of BC and it was fun to see which ones emerged in their meditation time together. We had cougars, eagles, raccoons, hummingbirds and more. And when we asked the oracle for a creature for the whole group it was the Loon that stepped up to the plate, definitely a bird that we can find here in BC (vision key of the 4th Gene Key fir anyone interested).

With only a few people clued into the work of the Gene Keys it was great to take a fresh right brain approached to this transmission and see where the mystery led us. The magic of the Dream Arc works best for a crowd willing to embrace the unknown and they sure did. Now I will wait and see if I hear of any interesting experiences, whether in Dream or waking life.

Currently my next scheduled Dream Arc event is at Loon Lake on mainland BC so it seems like I have the perfect guide to support in the mean time. It is also the bird associated with my Purpose Gene Key.
