A lot of truths are coming to light right now. Many people know they sensed, saw, or felt things long before they were widely acknowledged. There’s something beautiful in that — intuition, awareness, discernment are real gifts.
For me this kind of awareness is a responsibility to carry, not something to wield over others or that make us special. If we’ve been given insight — whether through research, intuitive insight or insider knowledge— maybe it is better to be asking questions like: how can we use that awareness in service to others?
What would it look like to lead without “I told you so”?
To live with patience and understanding instead of superiority?
To remember that we each come to truths as part of our own unique journey of awakening? The Gene Keys in our profiles offering guideposts to that pathway.

Jesse Chesnutt and I had a flamingly good gathering around the hearth of fire today. Invitation came from the stork of the Dream Arc.
With 20/20 hindsight it would be easy to say I saw it coming, but Deepak was one of the first to introduce me to shadow work in the early 2000s and he was in Debbie Ford's Shadow Effect movie, which I hosted viewings of. I found him at a time when I was struggling with a density of personal shadow and he was helpful. But he never shared personal stories or vulnerability, always posturing as transcending it all, sharing examples of others. I found it difficult to relate to him.
His son made a documentary about him, wanting to dispel the illusion of enlightenment that the world had projected on to the father whose shadow was obvious to him. I found it more enlightening, I saw his humanity. Deepak seemed comfortable allowing aspects of his shadow to be witnessed, but now even more shadow is being exposed in recent infamous file releases and they are far darker than the workaholism portrayed in the documentary. He has responded quite differently to this.
I never saw him as a guru, but did find support in some words and processes. He offered some helpful insights but I had criticisms which is why I turned to other teachers. I didnt fully trust but didnt know why. It was easy for me to unfollow when i recently discovered my account was still following him.
I appreciate how a platform that focuses on non-duality is speaking directly to this when non-duality has often been used to look past these kinds of things to look only at light. We are in a season of illuminating fire and too many who have claimed guru roles have abused power, but their abuses are being revealed. Now for me it is about action that can be taken and this is just a small action but important to me. I can forgive but I feel strongly called to add my no to the field and it is important that the victims of these abuses are fully heard.
Over the years, Deepak Chopra spoke at SAND conference multiple times. He offered teachings on consciousness and healing that touched many. And he often did so with a surprising humility, even while standing at the center of a massive spiritual brand.
When a spiritual teacher becomes a brand, that is already a red flag, and within the spiritual-industrial complex, it’s often a sign that shadow is not far behind.
Chopra’s name appears repeatedly in the publicly released Epstein files. The emails made public show a deeply concerning correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein—after Epstein’s conviction and public exposure as a serial abuser of minors.
The following are direct quotes attributed to Chopra in those emails:
· “God is a construct. Cute girls are real.”
· “I enjoy the company of younger intellectually sharp and self aware women and love to engage with them to inspire and stimulate them.”
· “Anything we share is between us. I share nothing with anyone but trust you.”
· “Come to Israel with us. Relax and have fun with interesting people. If you want use a fake name. Bring your girls.”
This situation forces a difficult conversation about what happens when “pure awareness” “consciousness” becomes a cloak for power.
This has happened innumerable times with spiritual teachers using their power to abuse or manipulate students and followers.
We must name the dynamics clearly, spiritual ego, power asymmetry, and shadow undercurrents—that too often hide beneath the language of light.
We cannot continue to place teachers, or anyone in power on pedestals, especially pedestals positioned outside the systems of harm that have been normalized, insulated from scrutiny by their charisma or brilliance. It is time to stop “outsourcing our discernment to the stage-lit image of the enlightened one.”
When the shadow erupts, we must look at it and name it.
The spiritual discourse needs to belong into the realm of accountability, grief, and collective witnessing.
We need the courage to name what’s been hidden.
We need the integrity to see beyond the stage and into the systems we are all part of.
Integrity begins where denial ends.

This has been my favourite surprise so far in 2026. The monks and Aloka have blown my heart open. I just love their philosophy of letting their energy do all the talking.

49.1, where the sun is right now, is my Radiance (Design Sun). I was born year of the earth horse and now we are about to enter year of the fire horse. And horse happens to be the Life Key of the 49th Gene Key and the Sage sutra for the 49.1 Gene key is called Equus. I am not sure what to expect but horse continues to be my ally and today definitely seems to be a day to honour them.
It is a day to call upon our horsepower :)

Sabrina is the horse that Nicole mounted, on a day when she embraced her inner Guinevere :) We lived on the same land that she did at a pivotal time of inner revolution in our lives. I always pay attention to when they show up.

Synchronicity and inner connection to the source of all life is the key to living a purposeful and harmonious life. For most of my life I was the doer, the person who would work from the masculine principle to make things happen in the world around me. It lead to various levels of success which I put down to the power of my mind alone, arrogance at its finest. But many times it was not from a centred place, it was from a place of insecurity. Meditation, deep contemplation and other spiritual practices reconnect us to the universal rhythms and although it has taken me time to learn this, I see it all around my world now. And I love sharing with others so they can see the spiritual perfection in all events including those we would call mistakes and failures.
We are deeply connected to all of life, newer findings in Quantum Physics have revealed this to us. Life is connected through a giant web of life and at the level of consciousness we truly are one. We don’t really know what everything is happening for so to label it as a mistake on our part is not really serving us or anyone else. It is through learning to tune in to this web of life and its morphogenetic fields that we begin to unravel our deeper individual purpose for being here. We can fight our true nature all we want, but it will keep returning us to the shadows until we can witness it.
We may want to escape all of this to become a meditating monk in a monastery or a mountain, but if you are open to the belief that you came here to play a role, then in order for you to learn what you have truly come here to learn it is necessary to reconnect to your own true nature. From the recesses of our dreams come the stories of our life. It is our feminine nature that guides us, and whether we are woman or man it would do us well to heed this guidance. We have to journey inward if we are ever to understand the journey in the world around us.
Our DNA is unravelling quickly at this time which means we are witnessing a transformation in individuals and the collective. At the level of source, nothing changes, but this illusion or maya we are experiencing is changing all the time. Surrendering in to your journey reveals the part you play in the greater whole.
Through the embracing of Intuition, Gene Keys, Yoga and breathwork Matthew is here to play his role as a guide, to help reorient those of us who have been distracted by the materialism of the world. Through his guidance you can begin to reconnect to your true nature and experience greater synchronicity as you step bravely in to your true purpose. It is not a journey everyone is willing to take but those who feel the shift in the collective are feeling called to step in to their roles. It doesn’t have to be a lifetime worth of unravelling to reveal our purpose, this is the gift the Gene Keys brings to us all.
