Ora Reset Series: February is for Brain Health
Brain fog getting to you? If you're like me, I will think of something I need to do or get and by the time I get to the next room, p**f, the thought has vanished and I've forgotten what I was meant to be doing. Brain fog often happens when the brain is overloaded or under-recovered, usually due to stress, poor sleep, inflammation, or reduced circulation, which makes it harder for the brain to process information efficiently.
This month at Ora, I’m offering a gentle Brain Health Reset focused on simple movement-based exercises that support coordination, focus, and mental clarity.
The session is informed by brain exercises which use easy, cross-body movements to support how the brain and body work together. These types of exercises have been used for years because they are practical, safe, and easy to do at home. They clear the fog, help boost memory, and keep you mentally sharp.
In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore:
🧠Simple cross-body movements that support coordination and focus
🧠Gentle exercises that can be done seated or standing (we use our hands mostly)
🧠Calm, guided techniques to help the nervous system settle
No floor work. No prior experience needed. Everything is explained clearly and done at a comfortable pace in a chair. You’ll leave with a simple guidebook with illustrations and some tools to help you continue the exercising your brain at home!
