Hello all,
I hope everyone is staying safe during this terrible storm. I wanted to repost Ken Wingett's obituary and draw your attention to the change in times for his visitation and service. Due to the lack of power in the village and being unsure when it will be restored, we wanted to make sure that those that wanted to attend would have the opportunity to do so. Thank you and be safe!!

Our Story

At Hendren Funeral Homes, we believe a funeral should be whatever a family needs it to be. Funerals are changing and at every step, during difficult times, Hendren guides, accommodates, respects, and supports the grief process. We create deeply meaningful occasions that bring together family and friends, strengthen community, in the sharing of life stories.

At Hendren, we listen. We don't proscribe to families what they need, or should do. Instead, with our many years of experience, we offer suggestions, we guide, we accommodate, we serve.

Our kind, professional staff ensure comfort and attention to detail, at every step along the way. We are right there when you need us to provide strength and support; and when you need time, space and privacy, we know when to step back. At Hendren, respectful relationships and trust are the cornerstones of what we offer. Our dedicated staff members are committed to caring for our families fully—in the days before, during the ceremonies, and for as long after as we are needed.

Why do we feel honoured to do the work we do? Even during sad times, when families choose Hendren, somehow there are smiles too. Memories and joyful times matter, and we honour the full range of emotions that a life's story brings.
