Thank you for visiting my page- I'd like to start out by telling you that this technique is an art and takes months and months of practice. I have trained with 4 different academies in order to meet my goal of offering quality service and I will continue educating myself with the best and newest techniques. I believe each artist has their own ebb and flow and it is up to you to seek out who best suits you. I follow all health and safety regulations and take my work seriously. Your face is a window to who you are and I don't expect you would trust a semi permanent tattooing service with just anybody. I realize we are a health conscious society and I made a decision to offer pigments which are toxin free tattooing inks which are of the finest quality meeting Canada's standards. To book an appointment, it requires a $50 nonrefundable down payment which will be applied to your initial appointment. I am centrally located to all surrounding areas in Windsor,Essex and Chatham. So, what exactly is Microblading? Microblading is a manual, semi-permanent method. Also referred to as Brow Embroidery, 3D brows, microstroking or featherstroke tattooing. It is a manual method ie. done by hand, using a very fine blade to deposit a small amount of ink into the skin. It is considered semi-permanent and it is less invasive than the permanent method. All the pigment is impacted into the epidermal layer of the skin - the one that naturally renews itself on a regular basis. Because we're introducing pigment so close to the surface of the skin, we're able to emulate the look of real hair. How long does it last? Because it is considered semi-permanent the tattoo will last anywhere from 1-4 years depending on skin type and life style. Healthy skin, without any underlying pathological factors usually requires a retouch once every year. Does it hurt? There is some discomfort associated with the procedure. I use 2 topical anesthetics one at the onset and one in between. People say the sensation is similar to getting threaded.
