Stacey’s article was inspired by Fred Bryant’s research on ‘savouring’ or the concept of pausing for a moment to be present & saying to ourselves “This is great. I’m loving it”. When we remember positive events we can increase our happiness in both the short & long run. This photo took my breath away.
