This year, I’m flipping the script on New Year’s resolutions. My 2026 goal? 10 pushups a day. Some days I bang them all out at once. Other days I squeeze them in whenever I can (preferably out of reach from my dogs who think it’s playtime 🐕).
And my clients? They’re crushing their own challenges:

∙ Trying a new fitness class they’ve been intimidated by

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we approach January. There’s so much noise about “fixing” ourselves, about force and restriction and willpower.
But here’s what I’m seeing in my practice: the women who make the most meaningful, lasting changes aren’t the ones who white-knuckle their way through strict protocols. They’re the ones who get curious.
Curious about why they’re exhausted by 2pm.
Curious about what their cravings might actually be telling them.
Curious about the connection between their digestive symptoms and that brain fog.
Curious about what their bloodwork reveals beyond just “normal range.”
Your body isn’t the enemy. It’s actually trying to communicate with you every single day through energy levels, sleep quality, digestion, mood, skin, how you feel when you wake up.

The invitation this year? Learn its language.
Understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Not to judge it or fix it with another restrictive diet, but to genuinely support what your body needs to function well.
