What if this January wasn’t about losing weight?
What if instead, it was about getting STRONGER? Faster? Braver?
This year, I’m flipping the script on New Year’s resolutions. My 2026 goal? 10 pushups a day. Some days I bang them all out at once. Other days I squeeze them in whenever I can (preferably out of reach from my dogs who think it’s playtime 🐕).
And my clients? They’re crushing their own challenges:
∙ Running their first 5K
∙ Holding a plank for 60 seconds
∙ Trying a new fitness class they’ve been intimidated by
∙ Walking 10,000 steps daily
∙ Mastering a pull-up
Because here’s the truth: the habits that lift you up give you the confidence to conquer everything that comes your way.
Weight loss might happen. But the real magic? That comes from discovering what your body can DO.
