It is with a heavy heart and so much gratitude that we say good bye to and honor our beloved mentor and the founder of Myofascial Release®️, John F. Barnes. We are thankful to be apart of and continue on his life’s work. A man who touched so many lives, setting them free from the fascial cage and trauma they had endured by walking in the room, being present, moving in love, holding space, treating the whole individual, and radically transforming the world of Theraputic touch, fearlessly.
