1️⃣ If the direct billing portal is down you must pay upfront and submit to your insurance. Payback is usually 24-48 hours if you have direct deposit info on your insurance account
2️⃣ If your insurance only covers you for a portion such as 80% you are responsible for paying the remainder balance. You are also responsible to know your coverage limits prior to your appointment
3️⃣ Forgot your wallet? No problem you can e-transfer us!
4️⃣ We know times are tough out there but please ensure you can financially afford to pay for your treatment prior to booking. We simply cannot do delayed payments for anyone anymore as it has resulted in many non-payments and practitioners being left empty handed after they work so hard to care for you.
