Our upcoming offering on March 28th is almost full...⁠

Join Kamila Nowak and Nani Stevens for an immersive two-hour afternoon experience, designed to deeply soothe your nervous system and melt away stress.⁠

This workshop blends yin yoga, gentle hands-on massage, acupuncture, and sound healing to offer a truly indulgent self-care experience.⁠

Kamila will guide you through a slow yin practice, where postures are held for 3–8 minutes to encourage release and stillness. While in these shapes, participants will receive nurturing hands-on touch from Kamila (trained in relaxation massage + 10 years of teaching) and Nani (Registered Acupuncturist).⁠

The second half of the workshop invites you to rest in a fully supported, reclined posture while acupuncture is applied to support deep rest, balance, and homeostasis. Gentle singing bowls and sound vibrations will fill the space, encouraging the mind and body to sink even further into ease.⁠

This is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, reset, and receive.⁠
No prior yoga or acupuncture experience is required, bolster and blocks will be provided.⁠

Dates: January 17th (sold out), February 14th (sold out), March 28th limited spots available ⁠
Time: 3:30-5:50pm⁠

Flow + Restore begins with a gentle flow to awaken the body and improve mobility, followed by restorative postures supported with props to encourage relaxation and recovery.⁠

We are so grateful for this incredible group of humans who showed up with curiosity, dedication, and such supportive energy throughout the training. Watching everyone grow, explore new ways of moving, and step into teaching with confidence was truly special.⁠

Arriving on time ensures that you and your fellow yogis get the most out of the class 😊

🌟 The first 5–10 minutes of class are dedicated to warm-up and grounding, which are essential for both your wellbeing and the flow of the practice. Missing this portion can impact your body’s readiness and the overall group experience.

We recommend you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class so you can settle in, set up your space, and begin your practice with ease.
