🔥 It’s official - Original Hot Yoga (26&2) is now on our regular schedule every Sunday at 12pm… alternating weekly with Original Hot Intermediate!⁠

If you joined us last fall, winter, or spring for our pop-ups, you know how much love there’s been for this class. We’ve heard your requests, and we’re so excited to finally make it a permanent part of our schedule 🙌⁠

✨ Original Hot Yoga (26&2)⁠
42°C | 90 min | 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises⁠
The classic sequence that built the foundation for modern hot yoga. Steady pacing, breath, focus, and plenty of heat. Newer to hot yoga? We recommend starting with Roots before diving into this one.⁠

✨ Original Hot Intermediate⁠
42°C | 90 min | A spicier take on the 26&2⁠
Expect added postures, transitions, and longer holds. It’s a definite challenge, but taught with inclusivity so adventurous beginners can still join, pace themselves, and modify. ⁠

📅 This Sunday kicks off with Intermediate, next week we return to 26&2 — and so on!⁠

➡️ What does study of the Self really means? In Yoga philosophy, this is the inner work: becoming aware of your thoughts, habits, patterns, and tendencies without judgment. On the mat, this might mean noticing how you react when a pose feels uncomfortable, when balance is shaky, or when the teacher offers stillness. Off the mat, it’s about catching yourself in everyday life, noticing your inner dialogue, your reactions, and your conditioned patterns. ⁠

Study of sacred texts – Traditionally, Svādhyāya also meant studying spiritual texts, mantras, or teachings that help guide us toward self-knowledge. The idea is that wisdom from outside can reflect and awaken wisdom from within.⁠

At its heart, Svādhyāya reminds us that yoga is not about “fixing” ourselves but about observing with compassion and curiosity. With practice, self-study becomes a way to recognize what serves us and what doesn’t, and from there, we find freedom.⁠
