🔥 It’s official - Original Hot Yoga (26&2) is now on our regular schedule every Sunday at 12pm… alternating weekly with Original Hot Intermediate!
If you joined us last fall, winter, or spring for our pop-ups, you know how much love there’s been for this class. We’ve heard your requests, and we’re so excited to finally make it a permanent part of our schedule 🙌
✨ Original Hot Yoga (26&2)

The classic sequence that built the foundation for modern hot yoga. Steady pacing, breath, focus, and plenty of heat. Newer to hot yoga? We recommend starting with Roots before diving into this one.
✨ Original Hot Intermediate
42°C | 90 min | A spicier take on the 26&2
Expect added postures, transitions, and longer holds. It’s a definite challenge, but taught with inclusivity so adventurous beginners can still join, pace themselves, and modify.
📅 This Sunday kicks off with Intermediate, next week we return to 26&2 — and so on!
