Langley Breathwork tribe is excited to announce that Intuitive Musician, Suzie Severson, will continue to support our Breathwork journeys with her incredible presence!
Her music brings an inspired invitation to rest and release.
Planning to rest and connect with ourselves allows us the time to enjoy life and really connect with our inner joy: a movie date with friends, a weekend getaway, a moment to journal before the busy day begins. Just as the earth cycles from growth to rest every summer and winter, so too do we need moments to replenish.
Breathwork offers us a chance to rest deeply and connect profoundly with ourselves - to shake loose those pieces that no longer serve us - to let go with love and dignity things we may have even forgotten we are carrying.
Come join us on August 19th, under the waning moon, to release with love all that we carry that no longer serves us.

TIMING: August 19th, from 7pm to 9pm

LOCATION:
21562 Old Yale Rd, Langley
Inside the historic Sharon Chapel (a small building beside the main United Church)

PARKING:
There is plenty of free parking on both Old Yale Road and 48th Avenue directly in front of the chapel.

WHAT TO BRING:
A mat to lay on, any blankets or pillows you might need to be comfortable laying on the floor and a water bottle.
*If you have difficulty laying on the floor bringing an ‘anti-gravity-style’ portable lawn chair is a great idea.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Between 6:45 AND 7PM
Circle begins at 7PM and ends at aprox 9PM

A magical evening with some incredible people. ✨🌗✨ Thank you for your presence, your trust, and your willingness to truly show up. Our theme was freedom tonight and we were definitely freed! Each of us, in our own way, were freed of pieces that were ready to be put down.
