Upgrade your skillset with a brand new course on Mat Pilates. My favourite part about this course is that it teaches the integration of functional strength. Exercise science is evolving, so we’ve been working on leading Pilates styles with updated principles of strength, movement and mobility.

The Emerald Arc 💚 Adding mobility to a classic yoga pose and of course had to give it a fun name, because why not? 😉

This movement focuses on:

• Stabilizing the Hips
• Core Stability
• Spinal Segmentation through Extension & Flexion

This movement is great to add into Yoga, Barre, Pilates and even Strength Workouts as a mobility warm up!
