I gained weight this year-on purpose.
I am not upset about it!
I let go of a lot of control this year — with my food, my routine, my structure.
I wanted to see how my body and mind would feel with more flexibility instead of rigidity.
And honestly?
It has felt good to have space again.
Space to be curious.
Space to learn what actually supports me.
Space to notice what helps me feel my best.
With more softness and less pressure, I have realized something important:
-movement
-sleep
-nourishing food
-and a steady mindset make me feel better than being as lean as possible ever did.
And now, after sitting with it, I’m bringing back some structure — but only the parts that truly help me.
Curiosity has changed me.
