When did it become normal to not take care of ourselves?

I believe I heard this from and it has stuck with me. Be curious!

Some of the ways I fill my cup — getting outside, strength training, dancing, eating nourishing food, laughing often, and sharing love and connection with others. 🌸

Because self-care isn’t just about what we do — it’s about how we feel after.

This weekend was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we lead with love and connection.

I spent time surrounded by humans who are creating, dreaming, and showing up fully — and it left me feeling both tired and completely fulfilled.

When we open our hearts, we create a field of miracles. When we choose curiosity, bliss, and creativity, we raise the energy around us.

Here’s to showing up with more presence, more compassion, and more love — for ourselves and for each other. 💛

Yesterday reminded me of the power of coming together — When we gather…..magic happens✨

Around the table….
Tears and laughter
Honest stories of hurt and joy
Curiosity about how to listen more closely to our bodies
Learning how to honour ourselves with love instead of shame

My heart is so full💕

We talked about strength — not just physical, but the kind that carries us through when life feels heavy
We talked about mindset — how powerful it is to choose hope, even in the messy seasons
We talked about food — how freeing it feels when it becomes fuel and care, not confusion or guilt

Honestly about where we are really at-truth♥️

What touched me most was the connection. In community, we remember we’re not alone. We left with lighter hearts, stronger bodies, and more trust in ourselves.

One of my clients had me laughing so hard when she said…”At night, I felt like a ravenous raccoon in a dumpster-eating everything and making meals out of nothingness.”🦝

This is SO real! When food feels overwhelming, restrictive, exhausting or has us stuck in food clutter, it is easy to spiral.

-late night hangouts in the pantry
-whole box of cookies
-constant chase to feel food satisfied

Here is the magic✨
In just a few weeks, things are shifting!

With curiosity(not criticism), she started
-tracking with photos
-noticing patterns
-learning about portions sizes
-feeling more in tune with her body

Now….she has more energy, better sleep, looser clothes and the spark is coming back!

THIS is what I want for everyone, less shame, more curiosity.
Less perfect, more simple shifts that add up to life long healthy habits.

My life purpose has always felt like love.♥️

Not the fluffy kind, but the real kind of love. The big huge long hug, the love that shows up even when things are messy, uncertain, or life is not what you thought it would be.

Some have called me unrealistic, some have called it reckless optimism.

I call it…my happy bubble. Always remembering there is beauty in life, in the dark and in the most challenging learning moments.

For a long time, I did not feel like I fit in my life. A lot of….”what is happening here” moments. This is where I built my bubble-and honestly, it saved me.

The real shift happened when I started to love myself first.

These days, this is what makes me feel my best:
🌱food that nourishes me
💪🏻moving my body and staying strong
✨finding the sparkle in everyday moments
🌸staying curious, learning and growing
💕loving honest relationships
🤢being able to talk about the hard, gross stuff…as uncomfortable as it gets

Life lately has been a mix of showing up for my healthy habits and reminding myself to slow down enough to actually enjoy life. ✨

Some days it feels like my to-do list could run the show, but I am leaning into reminding myself that I get to choose how I show up.

For me, that looks like sticking with nourishing foods that give me energy, strength training to keep me grounded and strong, getting outside to reset, and building meaningful,healthy connections.

These little things add up — they keep me fulfilled, no matter what season I’m in.♥️

Life is not perfect.

Some days are messy, motivation isn’t there, and plans fall apart. THIS is where the real growth happens. In accepting all of what life brings and still choosing to care for myself.

Life isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about presence. The laughter, the little wins, the lessons in slowing down.

The small beautiful moments that make it all worth it.

I kept trying to fit in.

I am not even sure where that was.

Not because I wanted to, I felt like I was supposed to.

I hid my needs, muted opinions, kept quiet so I wouldn’t make waves.

Here is the things:
Fitting in was costing me and exhausting!

The best thing I have ever done is choosing me.

Being honest about who I really am.

I love to lift weights
Quiet feels good
I feel deeply, and I feel your energy too✨
I love vegetables and healthy food choices make me feel my best
The outdoors fills me with so much happiness

My life now feels like me.

20% - having flexibility in those habits to enjoy some indulgences and not stress, when out of her regular routine. 🍦🚶🏻‍♀️
