We have fantastic news! Starting Monday November 21st Dr. Magdy Attalla will be joining our clinic as a new Family Doctor. He will be working Mondays, Wendesdays, and Fridays. If you are interested in booking a meet and greet with him please email info@muralsmedical.com with the following information:
First and last name
Date of birth
Carecard number
Phone number
Address

Once you have sent us that information we will schedule you for a meet and greet and contact you with an appointment and an intake form. ****PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE **** We expect a large influx in people interested in a new GP and won't be able to keep up with the initial volume of calls so it will be easiest to get to everyone via email.

We have our flu shots in! We are doing them as walk ins anytime between 9am-3pm. We are limited on the amount we are receiving this year so please come as soon as possible or call before heading down if its anytime after this week. Thanks!

We are having a temporary change in hours for the week of September 26th- 30th. Our hours will be as follows:
Monday September 26th 8:00AM- 3:00PM
Tuesday CLOSED-Someone will answer phones from 8:00AM-2:00PM
Wednesday September 28th 8:00AM- 3:00PM
Thursday September 29th 8:00AM- 3:00PM
Friday September 30th 8:00AM- 3:00PM

We will not being doing walk ins and will have limited appointments due to a doctor shortage this week. If you need to do a walk in please go to www.medimap.ca or visit Telus Health.

Just a heads up to all of our patients we will be adjusting our hours for the Summer. The only change is for Fridays. Our hours until September 1st will be:

Monday 8:00-4:00PM
Tuesday 8:00- 4:00PM
Wednesday 8:00- 4:00PM
Thursday 8:00-4:00PM
Friday 8:00-3:00PM

Please be patient with us. BC is going through a very large Doctor shortage. Our Doctors at our office are doing their very best to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible but they are only capable of so much in 1 day and are completely overloaded. Please make sure you are contacting our office 2 weeks prior to needing your prescription refills so we are given enough time to book you an appointment.

Due to the doctor shortage we have had to put a hold on walk-in/ same day appointments for patients until we have the capacity ( a new doctor) to take on the extra patients.
