We search for tea estates that are in the prime growing areas of the world to partner with. These tea estates do not allow child labor, poor working conditions, a decent living wage, and suitable housing. Through this effort, we have created and sustained many long-term relationships. We select organic and fair trade loose leaf teas that are quality controlled, and we place our primary attention on bringing these teas from the field to your cup guaranteeing the best flavor, freshness, and taste.

Happy Monday, tea lovers! Have you heard of Maple Latte? It is a perfect holiday drink made with Canadian maple syrup.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk, regular, almond, coconut etc.
1 -2 chai tea
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure Canadian maple syrup
Optional: ground cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice
Instructions
Heat the milk until it steams (not boils) in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stovetop.
Pour steaming milk over chai tea bag(s) in mug and steep 3-5 minutes.
Remove tea
Stir in vanilla and maple syrup.
Pour into a mug and serve hot.
Optional: lightly dust with ground cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice
Enjoy this lip-smacking cuppa today.

Nancy Prokosh is the founder of Tealicious Tea Company, she is a blogger, tea consultant, and tea course instructor. Tealicious Tea Company was established in 2001 and has grown exponentially since.

As a young child, she had a desire to become an entrepreneur and her first business venture was to be a tea merchant.

With the Baby Boomers and Millenials seeking health, wellness, and fitness, now is the best time to come on board and try the "new wave tea" and their deep-rooted benefits.
