These tea estates do not allow child labor, poor working conditions, a decent living wage, and suitable housing. Through this effort, we have created and sustained many long-term relationships. Nancy Prokosh is the founder of Tealicious Tea Company, she is a blogger, tea consultant, and tea course instructor. Tealicious Tea Company was established in 2001 and has grown exponentially since.

As a young child, she had a desire to become an entrepreneur and her first business venture was to be a tea merchant.
