The air is getting cooler, but you have our Infrared Heated studio waiting for you! We are so excited to officially invite you to our November 21-Day Challenge! 🙌

This is the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice, build incredible consistency, and feel strong and centered as we head into the busy holiday season.

Here’s everything you need to know:
The Goal: Complete 21 classes between November 1st and November 30th.
