The client is helped to understand the problem thought processes which are contributing to the life issue. Behavioral changes are suggested to help alter the problem thoughts. The client is asked to daily write down their GOAL, Scale the level of success the client feels they are currently experiencing and write down the behaviors they engaged in each day to move them towards their GOAL. a client EARNS their mental and physical health by doing daily Behavior Homework and Charting their daily progress. Follow-up office visits (every 1 - 2 weeks) involves analysis of the client's charting, assessing which behaviors are moving the client towards their GOAL and formulating a plan for Homework for the next 1 - 2 weeks to help the client achieve even more success in attaining their GOAL. is a very active type of daily self therapy. It is designed for individuals who are willing to WORK to overcome issues in their life that are holding them back. Once a client is comfortable with the concepts of C.B.T. practice, the client can carry on practicing C.B.T. on their own using C.B.T. tools on what ever issues they may face in the future.
