-accompanying a client on medial appointments and assisting in booking and ensuring appointments are maintained

-assisting with picking up prescriptions for the client -

-accompanying the clients to the grocery store to assist whil

e they are shopping

-assisting with meal preparation and meal planning

-going on walks with clients to promote physical activity and conversation

-light housekeeping and laundry services

-light gardening and watering the plants

-engaging clients in positive and healthy conversations

-facilitating outings for the client to enhance socialization **regarding clients with disabilities, I will work within the scope of the client’s reintegration program as introduced by their physician**
