Some days are so chaotic they leave your battery so empty you have to sit in the car for 5 minutes just to work up the life force to make it inside.

But to really life-proof your healthy eating - I need you to take *one* more little step (after saving this, obvs).

If you danced to Destiny's Child at the club (and not at a throwback night), repeat after me:

You don't just have to survive this stage.

In fact, you really need to figure out how to nourish, move and care for the body you have now because.....

You DESERVE to feel energized for your busy life.

You DESERVE to feel confident in your Christmas family photos and those favourite jeans.

You DESERVE to have a body healthy enough to hike the Azores, drink wine in Italy, chase the grandkids around at the beach, and do doughnuts in your golf cart at the nursing home with your besties (or whatever a full life looks like to you!) in the next season. That groundwork starts now my friend.
