🍂 As fall settles in and the busy back-to-school season ramps up, it's natural for stress levels to rise. Colder weather, shorter days, and packed schedules can take a toll—so now’s the perfect time to prioritize your well-being.

✨ A few simple ways to stay balanced this season:
- Take time for short walks or stretches to reset your energy.
- Build consistent sleep and hydration habits.
- Consider supportive nutrients to help manage stress and immunity.
