Meet Mariah Kingston - MA, RCC |

Mariah brings warmth, compassion, and curiosity to her work with clients. Her therapeutic approach is person-centred and emotion-focused, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we can reconnect with our emotions and release self-judgment. Mariah works collaboratively, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Mariah has supported individuals in a variety of settings, including mental health outreach, victim services, youth work, and support for neurodivergent children.

As a first responder spouse, Mariah has a special passion for working with first responders and their families. She has completed specialized training with Warrior Health and Inter-Provincial Occupational Awareness Training to help support the unique experiences of trauma-exposed professionals.

She is also currently working toward becoming a Certified Play Therapist, expanding her practice to support children and families.

Mariah will be accepting new clients starting September 2025.

Her own personal experience with grief and emotional pain shaped her belief that we all long to feel seen, connected, and not alone — and she holds that sacred truth in the room with every client she meets.
