Vivien didn’t give up cooking when she moved in. Last night she made 180 personal cheesecakes to share with residents and staff. Chocolate, raspberry, blueberry and strawberry banana…how will we ever choose just one? 🤤

Chef Roger treated our August birthday babies to some extra fine dining! They choose from smoked salmon gallette, lemon dill or rack of lamb with cherry gastric!
And for dessert…filo nests with whipped cream and sambuca macerated blueberries and strawberries! YUM!
