Jikiden Reiki felt really good.
It felt like taking a hot spring or bubble bath♨️

My head felt heavy. It's like putting three cats🐱🐱🐱on my head before Jikiden Reiki.
After short sesison, my head is much lighter. It like putting one cat🐱on my head. And now (several hours later) it's like putting a kitty onmy head😻 on my head.

That was my first Jikiden Reiki experience!

Finally, I went to Kurama Temple, where Jikiden Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui Sensei. Kurama Temple is in the mountains. I felt strong energy, silence, and nature. I thought about where Usui Sensei did his meditation and how he felt at that time etc,. I am so appreciative that he gave us the wonderful gift of Reiki.
