Cheat meals aren’t the problem. Habits are.

This might be unpopular, but it’s something I see all the time as a fitness and nutrition coach.

When someone asks about a cheat meal in the first week of a program, it usually isn’t about craving pizza or dessert. It’s often a sign that the old habits are still louder than the new goals.

And that’s completely normal... but it’s also where real transformation begins.
