Spring break is always fun in the office with an influx of more kids and teachers in than usual! There's still a few spots left tomorrow morning between Dr Mitch and Dr Emily before back to school on Monday!

New member of our team!
Firstly we want to thank Tawni for a great eight years running the front desk and all the behind the scenes that made coming to work as stress free as possible.
Secondly we're happy to welcome Amy into our office at the front desk as the first face you see upon entering so please give her a warm welcome when you see her on Mondays and Tuesdays!

Story time. Around 18 months ago had a family come see her with their newborn for some treatment, pretty standard in our office. The husband was rehabbing a sports injury and came in to see Dr. Mitch with his sports background, turns out he plays for the BC Lions. It's been a privilege getting to know him and seeing him play, and trusting us to keep him moving and performing at his best.

Getting ready for the holiday season! Chiro schedules for the end of the year for Dr. Emily & Dr. Mitch are status quo until Dec 20, and then reduced hours on Mondays Dec 23 and Dec 30. 🎄❄️

It's not uncommon to have to wait several weeks to book in with any of our fantastic RMT's. One possibility to try getting around this is to make use of putting yourself on the cancellation list, as spots have frequently been opening up over the last few weeks as people's schedules are changing heading into the fall.

You know you need a chiropractor and a massage after 90 holes of golf in a day. Dr. Mitch's brother did just that on Monday, raising $2,500 so far for the ALS society of BC.
