Our moon rituals are gentle, nourishing circles held outdoors in our back courtyard under the night sky. They will be themed with each lunation so expect something a little different each month!

• New Moon Ritual – Friday, Sept 19 at 7pm

Take a deeper dive into the current moon phase. Each class includes astrology insights, mini rituals, meditation and some take home goodies.

We meet each month and do an in depth ritual and meet several aspects of ourselves. This is for those who are ready to go deep within.

Every Friday we have with us offering tarot readings from 11am-6pm.

Jazzy is an intuitive tarot reader dedicated to guiding individuals through their spiritual journeys.

She specializes in manifestation, working with guides and providing insights on life journeys through tarot.

🌕 Sturgeon Moon Magic 🌕

Last night while I was on the ferry I watched as the Sturgeon Moon rose, bathing the world in silver light… eventually. The pink sunset made the moon look pink and red and orange at one point. It truly was breathtaking!

❓ Did you know:

The name “Sturgeon Moon” comes from North American Indigenous traditions? Some of them being the Ojibwe, Cree, Abenaki, Lenape and Menominee peoples.

They named each full moon to reflect the seasonal cycles of nature and in August, sturgeon were most readily caught in the Great Lakes and other large bodies of water. Early European colonizers in North America adopted these names and they spread widely through publications like the Maine Farmers’ Almanac in the 1930s.

🌕 Named for the great fish once abundant in late summer waters, this is a moon of resilience, abundance and deep-rooted strength. Just as the sturgeon has endured for millions of years, this moon invites us to connect with our own endurance.

In the glow of August’s full moon, we are reminded that even as seasons shift, there is beauty in fullness, richness in harvest and magic in simply being here.

Let the moon’s light guide you these next few days into releasing what you’ve outgrown and embracing the abundance waiting to flow in.
