Yoga Alignment Workshop
This 90-minute workshop is a chance to slow down and explore how yoga poses can work in your body.
We’ll break down common postures, explore alignment principles, and look at strength-building and supportive options. There will also be open time to ask questions — whether you’re curious about Down Dog, inversions, or how to modify poses safely.
Open to newer students, experienced practitioners, and anyone working with injuries or limitations.
