Our Story
Whenever we take the time to sit & listen to ourselves & dare to write it down...stepping out of our comfort zone... this creates an opening where courage, vulnerability and change is naturally engaged. We move forward from wherever we are to where we need to be. The biggest benefit to Tuning into Our Story is to experience an intimacy with self that propels us forward. When we pick up a pen - and dare to write- we say " I matter". I offer onsite group courses at your convenience, e-courses available through Square up shop delivered to your email inbox and have launched an ONLINE course with the IAJW (International Association for Journal Writing) Creative Journaling: Self-Care for Helping Professionals (CACCF approved, 6 CEUS Certificate issued upon completion) -This course is for anyone in the 'people professions'- counselors, addiction counselors, nurses, social workers, mental health workers, support workers etc. It offers a combination for both professional self-care and client care, exploring both creativity and writing in a very accessible way.
