If you plan to use your remaining benefits, be sure to schedule soon with our Practitoners to avoid the end-of-year rush.

Also a reminder that if you miss your appointment or do not give 24 hour notice/ 1 business day before your Monday appointment (let us know by friday for Monday appointments) You will be charged the FULL fee for your missed appointment & all future appointments will be cancelled until fee is paid.
