I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant, a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and a wellness educator with experience in digestive health, menu planning, recipes, allergy and/or food sensitivities, grain free, gluten free, paleo, vegan and vegetarian eating.
On a personal note, I follow Biblical principals to help the soul and spirit regain health.
