This is what is known as SHAVASANA (Co**se Seat). When taken deep enough in its PROPER PRACTICE, a sense withdrawal is entered into known as PRATYAHARA (withdrawal of mind and senses). The body feels dead to the five external earth senses\mind and one enters into the frequency of DIVINTIY.

The SOUL comes forefront and thus the body experiences its vibrational level through SPIRIT. This is where one experiences themselves BEYOND the body existence. The body goes into a profound SELF induced anesthesia. The body can literally feel paralyzed, which even when willed to move will not do so for some time. Hence its name given "SHAVASANA".

I first experienced this in my early teens laying down, NOT MOVING and INTENTIONALLY WILLING RELAXATION while REMAINING CONSCIOUS without knowing what was occurring. It's a PROFOUND PRACTICE when PRACTICED INTENTIONALLY and entered in its DEPTH PROPERLY from the WITNESS (Soul) LEVEL.

*BEST EXPERIENCED WHEN ONE REMAINS UNMOVING AND CONSCIOUS* in order to experience the access into the parasympathetic nervous system in its PROPER. Any voluntary movement disrupts this process of going DEEP ENOUGH.

It takes DISCIPLINE because the ego (identity crisis) is aware of what is happening and cunningly attempts (make one willingly move or fall asleep) to sabotage the process of being pushed to the back seat where it becomes subdued from running the show (ACTIVITY - on switch of the sympathetic nervous system of go go go of the imposter crisis).

When subdued, one enters a state known as HYPNAGOGIC. It's an in between experience of waking and sleep state where one can BE AWARE of EVERYTHING all at once without BEING fixated on anything specific where the mind tends to typically entertain through conditioning.

In this state the subconscious is easily able to be accessed and rewired with SANKALPA (Resolution) for Spiritual Growth, undoing the worldly software of ideas, notions, beliefs, opinions, preferences and concepts hijacking ones ORIGINAL STATE.

This state produces LIGHTNESS, WEIGHTLESSNESS, FLYING FEELING, FALLING, VISIONS etc... This being said, it is a process commonly experienced when one lays down for sleep. Though when EXERCISED INTENTIONALLY through SHAVASANA, it enters a complete other level of PROFOUNDNESS.

BE STILL and KNOW you are GOD

Next is to come to OWN this. Knowing is not enough. It's incomplete and only half of the WHOLE.

This level of PROFOUNDNESS will eventually translate into ones everyday outer world living among the duties and responsibilities. Experiencing a great sense of RELAXATION, CALM, LIGHTNESS, SPACIOUSNESS, CENTEREDNESS, CLARITY and OVERALL WELL BEING from the INNER WORLD FREQUENCY, HARMONIZING the outer world experience.

Ones MEDITATION, BREATHWORK, ANATOMICAL MOVEMENTS in whichever way will BE GREATLY ENHANCED.

In fact EVERYTHING will become MEDITATION. An ABSORPTION in SELF (Soul).

One must return to the WHOLE for HOLINESS to ARISE. A BAPTISM of PURIFICATION, bathing in DIVINITY.

Where there is no God in the sense of "me" and God divided. But ONLY GOD. The "me" drops away and what IS in ULTIMATE TRUTH remains.

A PRACTICE which must be HONORED as a FOUNDATION to EVERYTHING ELSE. For we are tactile beings. Better the refinement of the nervous system from the incessant bombardment of stimuli projected by the outer world. Thus, GREATER PROFOUNDNESS of experience is possible of the INNER WORLD and ones ORIGINAL STATE.

Enter the VOID of NOTHINGNESS where one UNITES with EVERYTHINGNESS.

Take GOOD CARE of your NERVOUS SYSTEM. It makes the difference in how one experiences REALITY.

With more established CONNECTION to CENTEREDNESS with ones Body, Mind and Spirit. A support system is developed with INNER STABILITY to honor what follows here on mentioned.

Meeting with gravity requires PRESENCE. One must be ever VIGILANT to work with its force. Juggling it accordingly as it's met with. Distributing ones body weight through the limbs, torso, skull in increments which HONOR BALANCE, HARMONY and GRACE, in DANCE. FEELING through the SPACE as it is entered with each gesture respectively upon gravities force in unity.

As for example a scale which requires distribution of weight on either side in order to find an effortless balance in whatever degree.

Opposites regardless of their differences being consciously observed to work together for the FEELING of GRACE under pressure.

~ Where ones energy mingles and dances with gravity and the earth. ~

When ones CONSCIOUSNESS can WITNESS the interplay of ONENESS among the outer and inner worlds constitution and allow its WHOLENESS to be harnessed in HARMONY. BALANCE takes on a SUPPORTIVE EFFORTLESS EFFORT equating to LIGHTNESS with FLUIDITY with every shifting movement.

Take time to work it out.

Entering each Asana (Seat, Posture) is an opportunity to OBSERVE from the WITNESS stand point in how we treat ourselves. How well we can choose to treat ourselves from a COMPASSIONATE LOVING SPACE UNCONDITIONALLY (Matters of the Heart).

Meeting with the BODY'S WISDOM by INNERSTANDING its language delivering exactly what is needed. By recognizing the CALM WITHIN the storm and seizing the GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to MAGNIFY, CLARIFY, EMBRACE, DEFUSE, and RELEASE.

It becomes quite obvious the more we find RELAXATION BEING a NATURAL component in how we face ourselves. SOFTENING our PERCEPTION on how we look at things. We begin to build a resilience against the tendencies of erroneous thinking, poor choice making, and there the start of something beautiful takes on. A KINDNESS like no other bringing on PEACE to consume one from deep WITHIN. Bathing in a DEEP ABSORPTION of a PURIFICATION process in REFINING the nervous system from the traumas once experienced.

A MELTING occurs of the hardness once the aforementioned is honored. Instantaneously a DEPTH is entered easier than ever before, with an EFFORTLESS EFFORT.

Body, Mind, Spirit all in collaboration from a HIGH CALIBER of CLARITY serving honorably through SELF (Soul).

This is YOGA.

In Yoga Science, a SADHAKA is a Yogi DEVOTED to the Practice of YOGA, seeking LIBERATION from DEEP WITHIN the SOUL.

The RIGHT ATTITUDE is extremely crucial. Without it closes the doors to any possibility of SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT and GENUINE CONNECTION.

There takes a CERTAIN TEMPERAMENT for the APPROPRIATE FREQUENCY to BE accessed and open the doors to a SACRED UNION.

1.1. atha yogā 'nuśāsanam (Yoga Sutra's)

"Now, when a sincere seeker approaches an enlightened teacher, with the right attitude of discipleship (viz.,free of preconceived notions and prejudices, and full of intelligent faith and receptivity) and with the right spirit of inquiry, at the right time and the right place, communication of yoga takes place"

Only when the above stated is HONORED can the SCIENCE of YOGA take into IGNITION in its PROPER.

Some of the ancient wise ones INNERSTOOD the SACREDNESS of this SCIENCE and were extremely careful of who they took on as students.

Potential Students were interviewed, screened, tested and filtered out, many times without their recognition.

Without the PROPER REVERENCE, FAITH, TRUST, RECEPTIVITY and SURRENDER only dishonor occurs, loss of time, opposition, futile debates and overall contamination of the very SACREDNESS of transmission. Oblivious to others state of experience other than their own. Making a mockery of its PURITY.

The more AUTHENTIC MASTERS weren't interested in accumulating masses of students, but rather the few who truly harnessed the RIGHT ATTITUDE and were prepared to ATTENTIVELY RECEIVE OPENLY without preconceived ideas, notions, beliefs, opinions, preferences and concepts interfering with the undoing process needed for CLARITY to BE VICTORIOUS BEYOND ones prior lower vibratory constitution hindering the very possibility of unveiling the ORIGINAL STATE.

Would one tamper with an experienced surgeon's process of surgery upon vital organs pertaining to ones well BEING making the difference between getting well or not, living or dying?

Would one interfere with a qualified mechanics expertise in caring for their vehicle in its proper know how process?

Similarly, it is IMPERATIVE one ALLOW the QUALIFIED SPIRITUAL UPGRADER FACILITATOR to do their job in facilitating in properly clearing away obstructions WITHIN the physical, psychological, emotional and Spiritual facets of the individual.

To interfere only butchers up the process from an egoic space of control, resistance, pseudo-intellectual and unwillingness to TRUST, SURRENDER and ACCEPT.

Over the years I've come to refuse a great number of students and much more so since the past few years. For I've come to recognize the legit and illegitimate students from a more heightened CLARITY of the cues which indicate the PROPER ATTITUDE to meet with the "WORK" required, as well as DISCIPLINE, DEDICATION and DEVOTION towards the SACREDNESS of it ALL.

This exchange must not be taken lightly for there are many repercussions for the initiator and intiate which subtly are working energetically within the invisible world, to only sneak up on one at some later time.

Dishonorable students are only interested in shifting their weight around to give the impression of self-importance and specialness while selfishly disrupting\disregarding other students, the Facilitator and the SACREDNESS of the Practice.

"Do not place pearls among swine"

For it is a HOLY GROUND only for the AUTHENTICALLY PURE HEARTED.

We (humans) meddle about things (situations) of God's Work quite ignorantly. Caught up and wound up by ideas, notions, beliefs, opinions, preferences and concepts of sorts on the appearing stage of outer world circumstances. Which in reality is proven by Science not to even TRULY BE as it appears to our five senses.

In TRUTH the five senses are designed to perceive a false representation of the UNDERLYING REALITY governing the TOTAL, only for the sake of the human experience to be experienced as it's intended to be experienced by SOURCE.

Yet we still fail to REALIZE with our REAL EYES from WITHIN the INNER WORLD what IS available to CLARIFY from an ELEVATED reliable STATE the confusion and ignorance the thinking mechanism of earthly programmation in its limitation of fixation of this one faceted dimension otherwise referred to as 3D.

Never forget. There is ONLY GOD EVERYWHERE (or call it what you will) working through each seeming individual consciousness BEING fed by the ABSOLUTE CONSCIOUSNESS. Its got it ALL covered however things (situations) may seem out of hand.

NOTHING can ever be put out of balance.

For the GRAND DESIGN far exceeds the thinking minds capacity in navigating the movement of CREATION.

Much has been Developing, Growing and EVOLVING within these practices over the course of years. Seeing the direction in evolution through the 46 years of my involvement in various Spiritual Practices, brings me GREAT JOY and AWE. I'm in complete AMAZEMENT, GRATITUDE and HUMILITY for what SOURCE has allowed to tap into this human consciousness. ✨🧹👻 🎃 Happy Halloween 🎃 👻🧹✨

Halloween symbolizes transformation and the opportunity to confront and release fears and negative programming by embracing the shadowy side from a "Holy Ground" of Self Awareness.

Start watching yourself more and more from an INWARD sense of space. Easing, calming, relaxing and stripping away tensions on the gross surface of what is apparent from ones level of awareness.

Suddenly, as one lightens up furthermore, deeper undertones purge forth to the surface, grabbing one's ATTENTION greater of, thus refining the detection of AWARENESS at more and more subtle levels.

Then only does it dawn upon one of the unceasingly necessary "PROPER WORK" required from a COMMITTED and DEVOTED temperament.

"THE PROPER WORK" must BE sought after WHOLE HEARTEDLY in order to dig through the cobwebs where all the casted spells, ghosts, ghouls, demons, goblins, blood suckers and energy drainers are stored up within oneself over the course of time. Hindering ones capacity to clearly see beyond the "veil".

The "veil" consists of the Psychological\Emotional settings adopted knowingly or unknowningly from erroneous perception feeding specific thinking and emotional charges habitually repeated, strengthened and charged, which must be MAGNIFIED, CLARIFIED, EMBRACED, DEFUSED and RELEASED.

It is a pretty gruesome process that must be repeated over and over again. Experiencing many "Dark Nights of the Soul", which most do not talk about nor are willing to explore sincerely, but rather focus and seek out all the bells and whistles commonly related to Spirituality (visions, astral travels, fulfilling and gratifying the mind\senses of what it deems worthy)

Most fail to realize the "ego trap" associated with the "bells and whistles" being driven by the "identity crisis" creating the idea of what is regarded Spiritual. Deluding one from recognizing the "REAL WORK" required for gaining FREEDOM from its grip. And so one stays stuck in the illusion of Spirituality superficially, unaware of the DEEPER DIVINGS necessary.

It takes Courage, Willingness, Perseverance, Trust and Proper Purification for a keen "EYE" to develop and open in order to be successful.

For the surgery is bloodily brutal on the self (identity crisis, ego), and cunningly clever it will attempt to side track, confuse and TRICK. Unless one sees from the "Real Eyes" that REALIZE the lies of the countless stories we feed ourselves.

What a TREAT!

When the veil is dropped, naturally EVERYTHING falls into place WITHIN the INNER WORLD and there on the outer world follows suit, navigated from the "Light" of the Original State where CLARITY and INNERSTANDING reigns over the darkness (ignorance).
