I completed a Specialization in Psychology at Concordia University, Prior to this I completed Special Care Counseling at Vanier College. I have over 15 years experience working to enhance emotional, psychological and psychosocial well-being with a varied clientele. My approach is empathic and I use supportive active listening, I work collaboratively with clients to facilitate change. I work with adults, women's issues, clients experiencing difficulties such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions. Therapy Services: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, employee assistance, anger management, court ordered.
