Physio Summum is very excited to announce that Margarita Chtein has joined the team as a recent partner of the Verdun clinic.
She has obtained her masters degree in physiotherapy from McGill University in 2011. Since then, she has been working in the private sector with clients suffering from numerous musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain and sports injuries. She continued her postgraduate studies in advanced manual therapy to earn the title of fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
As a FCAMPT physiotherapist, Margarita specializes in treating complex spine pathologies such as chronic back/neck pain, spinal stenosis and disc herniation, as well as many other orthopedic conditions and injuries. She uses some of the latest evidence-based studies to optimize her treatment approach.
Margarita also specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, a branch of physiotherapy aimed to correct the source of vertigo, dizziness or loss of balance.
Margarita uses an individualized approach with clients to help achieve their goals by creating a partnership with her patients. Margarita works as a team with her patients to heal the body and to prevent future injuries. She also empowers her clients to lead a healthier lifestyle through exercise and movement.
