Sabrina Ianni, B.Sc. PT, MClSc, FCAMPT
Physiotherapist | Orthopedic Manual Therapist| Clinical Instructor

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Sabrina Ianni is a highly skilled physiotherapist specializing in orthopaedics and manual therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from McGill University in 2008 and went on to complete her Master of Clinical Science in Manual Therapy at Western University in 2012. Through this advanced training, she achieved the prestigious designation of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).

Sabrina’s clinical expertise focuses on musculoskeletal injuries, ranging from sports-related conditions to issues arising from daily wear and tear. Her treatment philosophy blends evidence-based manual therapy techniques—both with and without dry needling—with tailored exercise programs to help patients return to optimal function and reach their personal goals.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Sabrina has served as a clinical instructor at McGill University since 2015, where she helps shape the next generation of physiotherapists. She is also a mentor in manual therapy for clinicians pursuing advanced credentials in orthopaedic physiotherapy.

Gianni Mariani is a highly skilled Athletic Therapist and Osteopath with 30 years of experience dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals across a wide spectrum of ages and abilities. A graduate with distinction and honors in Exercise Science from Concordia University, Gianni specialized in Athletic Therapy. His commitment to ongoing professional growth led him to pursue comprehensive Osteopathic training at the Collège D’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal, earning his diploma of Osteopathy (D.O.).

Gianni’s expertise is further complemented by extensive training in advanced therapeutic techniques in manual therapy, concussion treatments, TMJ and Advanced Reconditioning. His diverse skill set allows him to offer a highly individualized approach to patient care.

Over the years, Gianni has provided expertise to numerous sports teams and organizations, including his role as Head Therapist for Vanier College and Consultant Therapist for Athletics Canada. He has also served as a key member of the Canadian Medical Team at major international events, including the Olympic Games in Athens and London, the World University Games in Sicily and Torino, the Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Santo Domingo, Guadalajara, and Toronto, as well as the World Track and Field Championships in Jamaica, Helsinki and Berlin. Gianni has also played a significant leadership role within the professional community, serving as former president of the Quebec Corporation of Athletic Therapists and as a founding member and past director of the Quebec Sports Medicine Council.

A founding partner of a highly successful multi-disciplinary clinic in Laval, Gianni, alongside his spouse Nancy Carbone, built a thriving practice centered around patient care. After several years, Gianni and Nancy transitioned to explore new professional ventures, joining with former colleagues at Physiocité+.

Outside of work, Gianni enjoys spending quality time with his two athletic children. His love of sports and dedication to his children has reignited his love for coaching amateur hockey.

Paolo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2010, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2012 from McGill University. His educational foundation has equipped him with extensive knowledge in exercise prescription, empowering his patients with the tools they need to achieve recovery and long-term wellness.

He has pursued advanced training in manual therapy, which patients can anticipate as a key part of their treatment sessions. Paolo also completed the McKenzie Method, a series of courses specializing in the assessment and management of cervical and lumbar dysfunctions. In 2017, he further expanded his expertise by completing an OPPQ course on intramuscular dry needling, a technique that has shown to be highly effective at reducing muscle tension.

Paolo’s passion for golf inspired him to complete the "Fit Fore Golf" program, which evaluates swing patterns to identify their effects on the body and potential injury risks. His commitment to lifelong learning ensures he continually adds new techniques and skills to personalize care for each patient.

Beyond his professional life, Paolo is a devoted husband and proud father of two wonderful boys. He cherishes spending quality time with his family and values maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.

In 2025, Paolo joined forces with former colleagues to establish Physiocité+, a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a collaborative and professional setting.

With over 25 years of experience in Physiotherapy, Nancy is a highly skilled clinician specializing in manual therapy, dry needling, and a wide range of therapeutic techniques. She is also a certified McKenzie therapist, bringing a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to treating musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout her career, Nancy has continually advanced her expertise, having completed numerous courses in concussion, vestibular treatment, advanced dry-needling, and advanced exercise prescription. She has mentored numerous students over her career earning recognition from McGill University for her contribution. Her passion for healing and patient care is reflected in her whole-body approach, integrating advanced hands-on techniques with personalized rehabilitation programs to help individuals achieve optimal recovery.

Outside of her professional life Nancy is a dedicated mother to two athletic children, who inspire her commitment to promoting physical health and wellness. She shares her life and career with her husband Gianni Mariani, an Osteopath and Athletic Therapist with whom she helped build a thriving multi-disciplinary clinic in Laval.
