This is what is known as SHAVASANA (Co**se Seat). When taken deep enough in its PROPER PRACTICE, a sense withdrawal is entered into known as PRATYAHARA (withdrawal of mind and senses). The body feels dead to the five external earth senses\mind and one enters into the frequency of DIVINTIY.

The SOUL comes forefront and thus the body experiences its vibrational level through SPIRIT. This is where one experiences themselves BEYOND the body existence. The body goes into a profound SELF induced anesthesia. The body can literally feel paralyzed, which even when willed to move will not do so for some time. Hence its name given "SHAVASANA".

I first experienced this in my early teens laying down, NOT MOVING and INTENTIONALLY WILLING RELAXATION while REMAINING CONSCIOUS without knowing what was occurring. It's a PROFOUND PRACTICE when PRACTICED INTENTIONALLY and entered in its DEPTH PROPERLY from the WITNESS (Soul) LEVEL.

*BEST EXPERIENCED WHEN ONE REMAINS UNMOVING AND CONSCIOUS* in order to experience the access into the parasympathetic nervous system in its PROPER. Any voluntary movement disrupts this process of going DEEP ENOUGH.

It takes DISCIPLINE because the ego (identity crisis) is aware of what is happening and cunningly attempts (make one willingly move or fall asleep) to sabotage the process of being pushed to the back seat where it becomes subdued from running the show (ACTIVITY - on switch of the sympathetic nervous system of go go go of the imposter crisis).

When subdued, one enters a state known as HYPNAGOGIC. It's an in between experience of waking and sleep state where one can BE AWARE of EVERYTHING all at once without BEING fixated on anything specific where the mind tends to typically entertain through conditioning.

In this state the subconscious is easily able to be accessed and rewired with SANKALPA (Resolution) for Spiritual Growth, undoing the worldly software of ideas, notions, beliefs, opinions, preferences and concepts hijacking ones ORIGINAL STATE.

This state produces LIGHTNESS, WEIGHTLESSNESS, FLYING FEELING, FALLING, VISIONS etc... This being said, it is a process commonly experienced when one lays down for sleep. Though when EXERCISED INTENTIONALLY through SHAVASANA, it enters a complete other level of PROFOUNDNESS.

BE STILL and KNOW you are GOD

Next is to come to OWN this. Knowing is not enough. It's incomplete and only half of the WHOLE.

This level of PROFOUNDNESS will eventually translate into ones everyday outer world living among the duties and responsibilities. Experiencing a great sense of RELAXATION, CALM, LIGHTNESS, SPACIOUSNESS, CENTEREDNESS, CLARITY and OVERALL WELL BEING from the INNER WORLD FREQUENCY, HARMONIZING the outer world experience.

Ones MEDITATION, BREATHWORK, ANATOMICAL MOVEMENTS in whichever way will BE GREATLY ENHANCED.

In fact EVERYTHING will become MEDITATION. An ABSORPTION in SELF (Soul).

One must return to the WHOLE for HOLINESS to ARISE. A BAPTISM of PURIFICATION, bathing in DIVINITY.

Where there is no God in the sense of "me" and God divided. But ONLY GOD. The "me" drops away and what IS in ULTIMATE TRUTH remains.

A PRACTICE which must be HONORED as a FOUNDATION to EVERYTHING ELSE. For we are tactile beings. Better the refinement of the nervous system from the incessant bombardment of stimuli projected by the outer world. Thus, GREATER PROFOUNDNESS of experience is possible of the INNER WORLD and ones ORIGINAL STATE.

Enter the VOID of NOTHINGNESS where one UNITES with EVERYTHINGNESS.

Take GOOD CARE of your NERVOUS SYSTEM. It makes the difference in how one experiences REALITY.
