"Creating Resiliency Together" is an upcoming 8 week art therapy group for women who have survived experiences of sexual abuse/violence.

Held in-person at atelier lanterne, Montreal, participants will be guided through creative directives to explore, express, and move complex emotions that have been held or stuck. Art can express what is beyond words, putting form to what is intangible, providing insight, understanding, and relief.

Sharing at own pace, with no pressure to disclose. No previous art making skills are necessary. This group is for self connection while also connecting to a sense of solidarity, relating, and compassion amongst other women.
