It is my favorite daily ritual for years! Strongly recommended 😉

Contrast shower is incredibly beneficial for your body:

🔹wakes you up immediately and gives a lot of energy.
🔹helps strengthen immunity and increases resistance to various diseases.
🔹improves blood circulation and thereby helps to deliver oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body, which in turn has a beneficial effect on all systems and organs.
🔹trains vessels and capillaries (great in prevention of varicose veins).
🔹strengthens the nervous system, improves mood, helps fight stress and depression.
🔹favourably affects the endocrine system.
🔹enhances metabolism and contributes to weight loss.
🔹trains muscles and tendons.
🔹tightens, cleanses and improves skin condition, helps get rid of cellulite.
🔹trains the body's thermoregulation (helps to adjust to change of temperature, seasons, and even time zones!)
🔹helps to be more disciplined!

Even though it gives beginners some discomfort, after several procedures, a contrast shower for most people becomes a favourite water treatment 😊

Contraindications‼️:
❗Contrast do**he is a medical procedure and it has contraindications.
❗Consult with your doctor if you have serious issues with the cardiovascular system.
❗Don’t do it if you currently have inflammatory diseases (tonsillitis, cystitis, etc.), as well as during menstruation.

In order for the contrast shower to bring only benefits and pleasure, it is necessary to follow several Rules:
🔸A contrast shower should not be taken from time to time, this procedure should be regular.
🔸Those who are just starting it need to gradually increase the intervals of hot and cold water, as well as the temperature difference.
🔸Also, beginners can use a contrast shower only for the legs, and if desired, after a while, go to the whole body.
🔸Hot should be hot, not warm, but not cause pain
🔸Cold water should be just cold, not cool.
🔸Do not put your head under the contrast shower.
🔸Don't take a contrast shower before going to sleep; a minimum of 30 minutes should pass before going out
How to take a contrast shower:
1. Calm down, be relaxed and solid in your intention to give your body a great treatment. You do it because you love yourself and want to be well
2. Pour over warm water.
3. Gradually increase the temperature to hot and pour over 30–90 seconds.
4. Sharply turn on cold water, pour over 30–90 seconds.
5. Alternate hot and cold water 3-5 times.
6. Always end with cold water.
7. Quickly rub with a hard towel until a slight reddening of the skin.

It is not easy to keep practicing during the holidays but even some stretching will help to tone the body and to not brake the habit.
If you don't feel like doing a whole session dedicate at least 10-15 minutes to treat your yourself and you will feel the difference 😊 and don't forget the most important thing - enjoy it to the fullest! Go for poses you like the most and smile to every part of your body. Send love and imaginary hugs to every organ and cell ☺️✨

I practice cupping therapy for a number of years, it's been in my family since I remember myself as a kid. Many health benefits, lasting therapeutic effect and pleasant warm sensations during a session more and more often make people chose it over other massages. Yes, most likely you will have some bruises for about a week. Some of my clients even like the patterns on their skin after the treatment.

Do one thing at a time, wholly and solely, and you will find that you save many troubles. Whatever though strikes you attend it fully. Many successful ppl have it as a motto to finish something daily. Whatever you take, finish it. It may take one hour, two hours or three hours. Then you will go to bed quite buoyant and fresh, and awake the same way.
When you are at work, be fully occupied in work. When you eat be fully in your eating. Be thankful it ended up at your plate. It is a gift, and work of many people was involved before it got to your table. The awareness and gratitude will give you much better results - both nutrition and energywise.
Learn to live in the living present and with undivided attention and devotion. You should train your mind in such a manner that when you do anything required of you, there is no hurry, compulsion or resentment from your side. That will be helpful in all spheres of your life 🙏

Separateness causes suffering and union creates freedom. Yoga is union ☀️

It is the separation from our Self, each other, nature, and from something greater or higher (be it God, universal consciousness, or whatever term you want to use) that causes the anxiety and chaos symptomatic of our times. It is difficult for us to experience our natural connection with each other when we don’t have that connection with our own Self. Yoga connects us with an inner wisdom, in which there is no doubt as to the connection of all
things.

Now is the time for yoga. Yoga is a practical method of bringing peace and connectedness back into our lives. Because we are a reflection of our nervous system, the state of our nervous system dictates how we experience the world. If the nervous system is fresh and rested, the body will be healthy and the mind alert and comprehensive. As a result, our thought will be powerful and clear and our actions, which are manifested thought, will be successful and rewarding.
