My Christmas Challenge started on Dec 1st, but I have decided to put myself to a test and give me a PERSONAL challenge, which is: to post one video a day on YouTube from today until Dec 20th!

A few years ago my black bean brownies became kinda famous LOL (you can find that recipe here: https://youtu.be/G1ZeeEfc6VA)

Now I bring you the Black Bean Brownies 2.0.

I'm telling you: you will LOVE this recipe especially if you found the other one too heavy in coconut oil and even more if you like peanut butter like I do!

Here you go:

The ingredients

1 15 oz black beans unsalted, boiled, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cacao powder or cocoa
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1.5 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and combined.
Pour into non-stick 9x9 baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, then let cool for about 1 hour.

Serve and enjoy!
