GROWCO (.rehab) is the new standard of post natal care for women — it begins Tuesday November 5th!!

❗️This will be my last session of 2024❗️

✨ These classes will be held in person at (spots limited)

✨ Tuesday & Thursday 1-2pm for 4 weeks.

✨ This is a doctor-led program rooted in deep healing & supporting new moms — body + mind.

✨ A typical 60min class includes:
➰breathwork
➰core + pelvic floor rehab
➰upper + lower body strengthening
➰total body conditioning

✨ all in a safe, inclusive & supportive environment.
