I unfortunately had to put my Health Track Exercise program on hold. My Mom fell and broke her hip a couple weeks ago and have been busy helping. Let that be motivation to keep up your well rounded exercise regime!! A routine complete with aerobic endurance, balance, resistance training and flexibility!! On a positive note...her Physiotherapist has said that she has great mobility and flexibility!! She is 9 days post hip replacement surgery!! I like to think that her attending my exercise class for over 10 years helped prevent her hip injury from being worse!!! Happy exercising and I look forward to helping you keep track of your health in the near future!!!
