Ken Lasi, world traveler and registered massage therapist for over 10 years, is known for his excellence in providing healing massage in a professional and relaxing environment. Through his experience as a massage therapist and as a life-long athlete, Ken understands the needs of his clients and his career is focused on physical and mental health and well-being. He works closely with you to:
1. create proactive rehabilitation and recovery plans to help you manage pain and de-stress in the short-term
2. help you understand underlying physical conditions and issues
3. develop long-term plans for your optimal and lasting health and well-being

His work modalities include Swedish massage, deep trigger point work, proprioneuromuscular (PNF) facilitation and stretching techniques.
