It might be snowing today but hopefully it won’t be in a few weeks..

We’re excited to launch ‘the green 5k’ April 28th. Join us every Monday at 7pm all Summer long for a community 5k.

This is all about community. Our route goes past Highbury, the Nature Fresh Complex, through Seacliff Park and past the baseball diamonds. We want this to be a safe, fun way to help you stay healthy this Summer.

💚 this is free for all to attend but we ask that you sign yourself up so we can be accountable for everyone

💚 walk, run .. move any way you’d like to get those steps in

💚 you’re welcome to leave what you like at the studio - once you return to the studio you’re welcome to grab a mat and stretch it out

Trouble booking into your favourite class lately? We want to help.

In an effort to make sure everyone is able to attend the classes they’d like we are implementing a couple of changes.

• members will receive priority on waitlists

• no showing for your scheduled class will result in a $10 fee

All classes now have a 12 hour cancellation window (if you cancel within the 12 hours you will simply lose your punch or drop in).

Thank you for your help in keeping our classes available for those who want to attend 💚

Why the change?

Well, for a few reasons - first the more obvious that our offerings have grown and it seemed like a good time to better represent them.

The less shared reason - the seed for this studio was planted in my head back in 2012. I was finishing up my post grad program up in Barrie. There was a beautiful yoga studio I drove by all the time and wanted to go to but with no extra money to spare was not going to happen. I was gifted a 1 month membership for Christmas and was thrilled to attend my first hot yoga class there. The vibe of the studio when I walked in was everything - I had zero plans to teach or open a studio but I took a mental picture when I walked in and it’s been at the front of my mind since. I carried on with life and naturally things started moving into place. The story is much longer than but I’ll save those details for another day.

I’m thrilled for the direction the studio is going and I still have hopes and dreams for the future.

Oh and that studio that I loved - the owners last name? It was Green 💚
